Stuttgart, Germany—Reincarnation and karma were discussion topics of the UPF celebration of World Interfaith Harmony Week.
The event titled “Drawing from the Wellspring of God” was held on February 7, 2023, at the offices of UPF-Stuttgart, who co-organized the meeting along with Haus der Religion (“House of Religion”).
The event began with a moment of silence for the victims of the February 6 earthquake in Turkey and Syria, followed by an interreligious water ceremony.
Representatives of the participating religious communities read from the book World Scripture – A Comparative Anthology of Sacred Texts to support their discussion.
The subsequent fruitful dialogue resulted in a harmonious understanding between different religious points of view about an often controversial topic.
