St. Petersburg, Russia—In the cultural capital of Russia, UPF co-sponsored the meeting "Global Challenges and Their Solutions."
The initiator was Dr. Sergey Dvoryanov, the president of the Amicability international diplomatic club and an Ambassador for Peace.
About 20 people attended the meeting on June 20, 2021. The event had a multicultural format, and the emphasis was on the role of women, as well as awareness of social responsibility.
An Ambassador for Peace certificate was awarded to Sergey Tishchenko, deputy chairman of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, representing one of the districts of Moscow. In giving the award, UPF noted Mr. Tishchenko’s public merits, a broad vision of good neighborliness, mutual assistance and a strong moral position.
