On 28 November 2025, UPF Lebanon organized a youth leaders meeting at the Palm Beach Hotel in Beirut. 12 young people joined the event; some came from far away to join the meeting.
The aim was to connect them more to UPF Lebanon and to highlight for them what are UPF's fundamental Principles and Vision, introduced by our Founders Dr. Sun Myung Moon and his wife Dr. Hak Ja Han.
After the presentation, we asked each of the participants to share their perspective and experiences with regards to their activities in support of their community.
The meeting concluded with a nice dinner.
On 4th of December, Thomas Schellen, President of UPF Lebanon, and his wife Hermine, Secretary General, were invited to a Christmas Party at the Austrian Embassy.
They were able to meet for the first time the new Austrian Ambassador, H.E. Franziska Honsowitz. After hearing about the activities of UPF, she was curious to know more and invited them to come to the Austrian Embassy to meet her personally.
